AndroScore is Gini Advanced Care Hospital's proprietary scoring system for men's hormonal, metabolic, and sexual health. Answer 20 questions. Get your score. Understand what it means. Then decide if you need expert review.
Take the AndroScore Now →Each domain reflects a critical dimension of male health. Low scores in any domain are clinically significant — even if others are healthy.
Energy, libido, mood, muscle mass, sleep quality. The foundation of male vitality.
Waist, blood pressure, blood sugar, family history. ED is a cardiac early warning sign.
Erection quality, libido, morning erections, sexual satisfaction. Direct indicators of vascular and hormonal health.
Urinary stream, frequency, urgency, prostate symptoms. Often ignored until they become serious.
Sperm health, varicocele, testicular concerns, fertility history. Especially relevant for men under 45.
AndroScore draws on validated clinical instruments including the AMS (Aging Males' Symptoms Scale), IIEF (International Index of Erectile Function), and IPSS (International Prostate Symptom Score) — integrated into a single assessment by Dr. Nitin Aggarwal and Dr. Anil Bhansali.
Answer all 20 questions honestly. There are no right or wrong answers — only accurate and inaccurate ones.
Your AndroScore suggests your hormonal and urological health is in good shape. Continue annual monitoring from age 40, and consider a baseline blood panel (testosterone, HbA1c, lipids) as a reference point. If you're over 45, book a PSA check as part of preventive care.
Your AndroScore indicates some areas worth watching. You may be experiencing early signs of hormonal or metabolic changes that are common from the mid-30s onwards. A formal assessment with blood tests and a specialist consultation will give you clarity and allow early intervention.
Your AndroScore suggests significant hormonal, metabolic, or urological concerns that warrant prompt specialist review. These are not unusual — but they are treatable. Most men in this score range find meaningful improvement within 3–6 months of a structured programme.
Your AndroScore indicates significant concerns across multiple domains. Please do not ignore this. The conditions flagged — low testosterone, ED, metabolic risk, urological symptoms — are interconnected and each makes the others worse. The good news: they are all treatable. Please book a consultation this week.
Your score is the starting point — not the end. Here is what to do next, and what blood tests to request.

Everything you need to know about the AndroScore assessment and what comes next.
AndroScore is a clinical screening tool developed by Dr. Nitin Aggarwal and Dr. Anil Bhansali based on validated symptom questionnaires (AMS, IIEF, IPSS) combined into a single integrated scoring system. It is a screening tool, not a diagnostic — blood tests and specialist consultation are required for clinical diagnosis.
No. The AndroScore tool runs entirely in your browser — no data is submitted or stored unless you choose to book a consultation. Your responses are private.
At minimum: total testosterone (morning sample), free testosterone and SHBG, LH and FSH, HbA1c, lipid profile, and PSA if you're over 45. Our team will provide a full test checklist when you book a consultation.
Most men notice improvements in energy and mood within 4–6 weeks of starting TRT. Libido typically improves at 3 months. Muscle and body composition changes are visible by 6 months. Your AndroScore can be re-taken at each follow-up visit to track progress.
Yes. While andropause typically begins at 35–40, younger men with obesity, diabetes, chronic stress, or prior testicular injury can have low testosterone. If you score Orange or Red under 35, prompt assessment is advisable.
If your AndroScore raises concerns, our team is available Mon–Sat, 10am–6pm. Initial consultation + blood panel interpretation: ₹3,500.
